The Process
Ice-Breaking
Have an Introductory session with students and Parents to get to know them personally. Helps us note interests, goals, challenges, and expectations.
Psychometric Analysis
(The Quantitative Approach)
We recommend students to give a Psychometric test that will help us quantify aptitude and document interests. It’ll also help us measure students' various personality traits. Although this is not the ultimate analysis, it will help us reduce the noise and bias in human judgment.
Counseling
(The Qualitative Approach)
Through our highly confidential counseling sessions, we dig deeper into every student’s personality, goals, interests, passions etc. We approach from a neutral and non-judgemental perspective, through which we found great success in genuinely impacting students.
